ATN SURVEY (FREE SCRIPT)
What is ATN Survey?
ATN Survey is a free php script, provided with the complete not encrypted source codes, which can be used to create online surveys like customer satisfaction surveys, user inquiry forms and many others.
ATN Survey is very easy to install and it's not using any MySQL or other relational database - the data is saved in XML files, which make it light, fast to load and really easy to install (to install it, you only need to unzip and copy the files to you preferred folder or website).
It's using bootstrap and mobile-friendly templates and comes also with an easy to use administration panel offering different features to the administrator to create and manage the surveys, change the different site settings, check the completed surveys and others.
What are the main ATN Survey features?
It comes with a front-end showing the surveys (with the possibility to integrate them in other pages using an embed iframe code) and administration panel for the administrator to manage the different settings and configuration options.
Some of the main ATN Survey features are:
- functionality to create custom surveys and add your own questions in them, with the field types you prefer
- check the completed surveys by the users
- get the completed surveys forwarded also by email
- functionality to customize the font colors, font size, and surveys accent color
- use SEO urls for the surveys
- integrate the surveys in existing html pages using an embed code shown in the admin panel
- create anonymous surveys or ask the users for their contact details
- change the email notification settings, captcha images and others
The ATN Survey administration panel
The administration panel includes functionality to create new surveys by adding custom questions in them - for every question the administrator can select the field type (text field, text area, combobox, radio button or check boxes) and enter the possible answers. It has also features allowing to edit or delete the current surveys and check the completed surveys by the users. For every survey the administrator can specify if it should be anonymous or the users should be asked for their contact details.
Other functionalities included in the admin panel are the possibility to customize the site colors and change the accent color by entering a custom html color code, change the email sending preferences and email address, set SEO url format to be used for the front-end pages and others.
