Default template coming with the software
The default template can be customized from the admin panel by changing its colors, background images, home slider and others. Custom templates can be also added - please check our Online Demos page for details and examples of template integrations.
Cuztomizing the website colors
From the administration panel the administrator can easily change the website colors, logo, backgrounds etc.
Job seekers / Candidates administration panel
The jobseeker administration panel can be used by the registered jobseekers to edit their profile, upload or modify their resume, check their job application history, to create email alerts in order to be notified for jobs matching their search criteria, add documents, set their job preferes and many others.
Employer and recruiting agencies administration panel
The employer administration panel make possible for the companies or job agencies to post jobs, approve and manage their job applications, create questionnaires for the job applications, post courses, edit their profile information, upload a logo, video presentation , search in the database with jobseeker resumes and many others.

Main page and home slider customization
The home slider and main background can be cuzomized from the administration panel - the administrator can set a background image he prefers, set if the featured jobs or latest jobs should show up in the slider or create his own slides with texts and images. Also it's possible to customize the text and sliding images animations.
Searching for jobs and showing the results
The screenshots shows a page with job results, after making a search with the website forms or when browsing the jobs by category or location. When the Job Feeds functionality is turned on from the admin panel (by enabling the data feed providers like Indeed, CareerJet and SimplyHired we have integration with), then the job search results page shows a mix between the jobs posted on the site and feed jobs. The jobs posted on the job site itself always show up on top and get a better exposure compared to the feed jobs. For the feed jobs the administrator can easily turn on or off any of them from the admin panel, choose the weight of the different feed providers and set if just one feed should be used or they should be mixed. The job search results also shows different search filters to the right, allowing the users to filter the results by salary range, date posted, job category, location, job type (permanent, contract job etc.)
Showing the job details
The final result / job details page shows the full job information as entered by the employer, statistics information and an apply button allowing the job seekers interested in the job to apply for it.
Searching and browsing the courses listings
Except of just posting and searching jobs, JobSite Professional offers also the possibility to the companies / employers to post also courses and training on the website. They can be searched after on the separate Courses page and also the administrator can charge the employers when posting courses in a similar way like posting jobs
Browse the recruiting companies on the main site
The visitors of the website can search and browse the recruiting companies or job agencies registered on the website, see their contact information and posted jobs, write reviews, rate and comment them.
Writing reviews and rating the recruiting companies
This functionality in job site allows the users to write reviews, comment and rate the recruiting companies on the website.
Job email alerts to be notified for new jobs
The job seekers can create email alerts in order to be notified when new jobs matching their search criteria are posted on the website. Both registered and not registered users (visitors of the website) are able to create email alerts.
Advanced search form for jobs
The advanced search form has additional search fields allowing the job seekers to search by salary range, ZIP / Postcode distance search, job type, company and others.
Users log in form on the job site
Except with their email and password, the users can log in also with their Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account (the administrator can manage, enable or disable these log in options from the admin panel and the Configuration Options page there).
Adding jobs on the site
The employers can post jobs using the form in their admin panel (by filling different fields like title, description, location, job category etc.) and they have also an option to post a job by uploading a PDF file or entering an url.
Reject or approving the candidate applications
The employers can review the job applications and users applied for their jobs, they can approve or reject the applications or send messages to the job seekers to request additional information if necessary.
Searching in the resume database
The functionality for searching in the resume database, allows the employers to search the CVs for the users and their uploaded files in order to look themselves for the right candidate for their positions. The administratro can also charge the employers when they choose to open / save a resume from the database - for example the employers can purchase 100 credits and be charged then 1 credit every time they open a resume.
Editing the company profile information
The companies / employers can enter and edit their company information, address, add map, change their logo, add a video presentation of the company and others.
Creating a resume in the jobseeker administration panel
The jobseekers can create their resume by uploading a file or by using the resume creator (making possible to fill the information in different fields like previous employers, spoken languages etc.) or to use the resume text editor. The uploaded resume files (pdf, docx, doc, rtf) are also scanned as plain text and indexed in the database to allow the employers to search them after by key words.
User job preferences
The users can set their job preferences, which are seen then by the companies when making searches in the resume database and looking for candidates for their openings.

The Recruiters page on the main website allows to browse the recruiting companies with their information and job openings
Browsing the jobs by category
When browsing the jobs by category, the jobs posted on the website show up always first (with the featured ones being on top) and then the jobs from feeds and aggregators show up
The settings page in the admin panel
The settings page in the admin panel allows the administrator to change the basic settings like currency, time zone, email notification settings and others.
Searching for courses on the main website
Except of posting jobs, with ATN Jobs the employers can also post listings for courses and educations. The Courses page on the main website allows to browse the courses by category, provider and search for courses
Payment settings
The Payment settins page in the admin panel allows the administrator to choose the charging mode - using subscriptions (with recurring payments) or credits
Adding new subscriptions
The subscriptions allow the administrator to charge the employer a monthly (the period can be changed) fee and be able to post up to some number of listings, featured listings and banners set by the administrator
Credits settings page
When the Credits system is used, the employers can purchase credits and spend them for the different services offered on the website like posting jobs, make the featured, post banners, search in the database with jobseeker resumes
Job feed settings
The page allows to manage the settings for the job feeds - Indeed, CareerJet and SimplyHired (switch on or off their usage, mix the different feeds, set the weight of the different feeds when mixing them etc.)
Content Management
The integrated content management system allows to add new pages, edit the pages content, rename or remove them.
Adding new page
New pages on the front site can be added directly from the admin panel - their links will show then in the main menu and the administrator can edit their content.
Lanuage versions management
ATN Jobs is multi language and can be translated to any language (by translating the language file to it) - this page in the admin panel allows to set the active language versions on the website.

Main slider content management
You can configure the main slider on the home page to show either the latest jobs posted on the website or the featured jobs or you can create your own slides. You can also choose if you would like the slider background to be with a solid gradient color or with a background image or scrolling images and choose the text effect (sliding text or fading text).
Setting the slider background images
The order of the slider background images could be changed by dragging and dropping the images to their new position and also you can upload as many new images you prefer.
Adding Google AdSense advertisements and Google Analytics tracking code
Widgets and advertisements can be added directly by pasting their code in the administration panel, but to make it even easier the new Google Analytics and AdSense code page in the admin panel allows to paste the code in designated text areas.
Changing the website logo
The website logo can be changed easily from the administration panel by uploading a new image for it or setting it as a text. Also the new functionality to change the website colors with a single click allows to quickly change the other colors on the website and make them match the new logo colors.
Changing the words and messages on the user interface
From the admin panel and the Texts & Words page, you can quickly change all the words and messages showing to the users in the inteface, change the translation and also create your own translations
